ONE DAY IN NOVEMBER - 2014

ONE DAY IN NOVEMBER is a day dedicated to bringing the Arts back into schools throughout the United States. This event will occur in classrooms across America, as actors, writers, directors, and other film and television professionals will volunteer their time to give workshops, classes, presentations and hands on learning experiences to children in schools where funding for Arts has been cut dramatically.

This event will enable students to be exposed to exciting careers in the performance arts that they otherwise would not have the opportunity to learn about. The purpose of this day is to expand the minds and imaginations of this young generation in hopes that their interests will be sparked to create new and exciting forms of arts and entertainment for generations to come. In a world in which everyone wants a stable career, it is important for students to understand that there are viable career pathways into industries that may seem unconventional, yet are very rewarding. The event, created by Sioni Acdemy is driven by partnerships with local school districts, community organizations, media companies and individual professionals around the country, all teaming together for ONE DAY IN NOVEMBER 2014.
